A helpful topic in this time of Pandemic, Thank you so much IGP.
We all deal with stress and anxiety in different ways and in varying degrees. Some people are more stressed, have increased anxieties, and heightened worries than us that may even seem intolerable. Perhaps it was aggravated by ubiquitous non-stop reports about the pandemic updates, alarming health statistics, and social media posts that were supposedly intended to keep us updated. However, these best intentions can catapult worries and undue stress. Spattered within the messages of hope are woefully panic-inducing reports that fount considerable sources of stress and will have deleterious effects on mental and physical health going forward. The prolonged exposure to stress arising from the crisis is likely to have insidious long‐term health effects including increased risk of physical (like chronic disease risk) and mental (such as depression, anxiety disorders, and post‐traumatic stress disorder) health problems. While it’s important that we stay informed, it’s also important to do what we can to personally manage our stress and help our loved ones do the same. Attending webinars having relevant topics like these succored tips on bird' eye view or fly-on-the-wall perspective which are integral in making us become combatant to whatever crisis we face. Thank you IGP for organizing this platform which gives more benefits to avid attendees like us who ardently participated in your webinars. More power and be blessed continuously! Magnificent!
Very interesting, encouraging, motivating and informative session. Thank you so much IGP!
It must help to burnout our mental stress.
