Our learners, as part of the vulnerable student population, are combating mental health issues in the new normal education. A growing dilemma among our learners struggling with mental health problems with exacerbating symptoms or occurrence of anxiety, depression, and worse the suicidal ideation relative to the menacing pandemic is staggering. Their mental well-being has been devastated by the pandemic's social and economic consequences, and prolong uncertainty. The future is uncertain for all sorts of reasons and most of our learners are anxious and worried about situations or things not happening yet. Same with our learners, the necessity of coping or resisting the inexorable condition is also true to us for we are learners, too in other facet of learning called life. Am so thankful for our resource speakers for today's webinar for sharing their insights and giving us tips or coping mechanisms to de-stress and acknowledge mindfulness to promote mental well-being. Bringing home the bacon of L-E-A-R-N-E-R-S takeaway is awesome. The must Do: Listen to our body by taking breaks to refresh; Exercise like doing yoga; Attitude for gratitude for our daily accomplishments; Responsive Self-Care; Notice our environment; Eat healthy food and healthy snacks though in-between-meals are not good for me but taking snacks is better than getting so ravenous hungry; Remember your why. Self-care plan to breathe fresh air and laugh. Thank you so much IGP for this opportunity for continuous learning and to your dynamic CSR Team IGP for being so cordial in dispensing their gratuitous service. I am just having a wonderful time learning with you. More power to you and may you increase abundantly!
