Very interesting!
This webinar is elegantly and functionally curating information about digital literacy skills everyone can benefit from. Imagine enhancing a video clip or typing comments or adding a reflective question based on something a student has just viewed. Isn't it amazing? EdPuzzle is a great formative assessment tool to make a video interactive. This tool is student-centered as it puts the students in control. They can rewatch and review written comments or audio notes left by a teacher. As the students view the video, they reflect on it and learn from it just like us who take video courses or online webinars for continued professional development. Viewing a film clip with the purpose of accomplishing some tasks will somehow metamorphose a student from being lenient or passive to an active viewer. I am not really so familiar with EdPuzzle not until this webinar has introduced me to this. I admit that I am new to this digital tool and I am learning it from the teaching instructions of our adept resource speaker, but I can see the power and usefulness of this tool for educators. I am looking forward to trying it in my ODL class. Thank you so much IGP for this great privilege of learning something so indispensable. Thank you for being our universal reservoir of information. Be blessed!
