The pursuit of continuous learning comes easy by participating in virtually the webinar series of #IGP. Feed Your Skills per se is that when our skills are well-fed through these webinars, then we are upskilled. Thank you IGP for excellently organizing this kind of advocacy of infusing learnings. It was a pleasure to have with us the renowned speakers who are connoisseurs in their respective fields. As for takeaways, I have learned that the decisive concept of Communication Skills in the Teaching & Learning Process is communicative competence in an authentic context, which is an effective instructional strategy that requires a teacher of exceptional ability. In a learner-centered pedagogy, a teacher is no longer viewed as the authority of the knowledge in a communicative environment, but a facilitator, participant, and group manager who could create productive learning ambiance for the learners. The speakers elucidated more on lifelong learning benefits for the participants. So, marvelous!
