The time I spent listening to the lecture of two excellent speakers in this webinar who were both experts and were able to deliver the topic intelligently was superb. As the present world is driven by innovation, collaboration, problem-solving, and self-management, 21st-century teaching and learning today is more technology-driven than it has been. This is pretty straightforward about the need of changing the teaching strategies of teachers to tailor-fit the needs and interests of the learners. We are catering to a generation Y who is one step ahead of us, so, as teachers we will be teaching students how to learn rather than what to learn as it dwells more on the idea of teaching skills rather than the content. Digital curriculum for our digital students has the capacity to supply real-time assessment to guide them and redirect them to a "learn by doing" instructional approach which actively engages them in their learning and embeds opportunities for them to check their understanding through frequent formative interactive activities. Learning today is increasingly a collaboration or "essential agreement rather than rules" between the teachers and the learners engaging learning choices that are giving students more responsibility and teaching them how to learn. In student-centric learning, teachers are guiding students and helping each student to be self-confident, motivated leaner.
